Guest can receive a text when unit is ready for check in.  Our units are “usually” ready early.

Additonal $50 plus tax registration fee paid to complex upon arrival.  This fee is not included in your rental amount. 

**Refundable security deposit HOLD of $350 retained 1 day before arrival.  We STRONGLY suggest using a CREDIT CARD for the security deposit.  This allows a HOLD to be placed on the card.  If your stay is longer than 3 days the bank processor will re-run the card to verify the funds every 3 days for the length of your stay.   Using a debit card MAY result in multiple holds depending on your bank so these multiple holds will look like transactions and not allow you to use the funds during your vacation.  You can apply a different card for the security deposit vs the rental payment.  If you need help, just ask.  

**We strongly reccommend you purchase Travel Insurance for your reservation.  This insurance is offered through a 3rd party vendor and all communications will be between you and the 3rd party vendor.
