This 4th Tower, 7th-floor, 725 sq ft unit features comfortable accommodations coupled with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico on the oversized balcony.  Enjoy access to the balcony directly from the Bedroom and the Living Area.  The 7th floor is the perfect floor for that gives you a good view of the beach goers and still get to see ocean wide life. Furnished with high-end furniture and original works of art by local artists.  The unit will sleep 4 comfortably.  The bedroom has a King platform bed and the Living Area has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa.  Enjoy 2 - 65" 4K HDTVs with cable and streaming services available.  This unit also features 1 full bathroom that has a seperate door for guest sleeping on the pull out.  Tile walk in shower with double shower heads.  We promise you will love the shower.  The kitchen is fully capable and a raised bar area is the perfect spot to enjoy a quick meal.  The balcony is an extension of the living space with a sun lounger, comfortable chairs, and a pub table and seating.  The area even has a ceiling fan with light.
