**Refundable security deposit HOLD of $250 retained 1 day before arrival. We STRONGLY suggest using a CREDIT CARD for the security deposit. This allows a HOLD to be placed on the card. If your stay at our Long Beach Resort is longer than 3 days, the bank processor will re-run the card to verify the funds every 3 days for the length of your stay. Using a debit card MAY result in multiple holds depending on your bank, which may look like transactions and restrict your access to funds during your vacation. You can apply a different card for the security deposit versus the rental payment. If you need help, just ask.

This unit also includes 1 full bathroom with a separate door for guests sleeping on the pull-out sofa and a tile walk-in shower with double shower heads. We promise you will love the shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a raised bar area is the ideal spot for a quick meal. The balcony, an extension of the living space, includes a sun lounger, comfortable chairs, and a pub table with seating, as well as a ceiling fan with light.
